The Financial Services Corporation LLC (FSCO) (www.fscomongolia.com) was established on June 11, 2007. With a vision to provide comprehensive financial services, FSCO has continuously grown and developed. Today, there are three subsidiaries under the financial holding company: National Life Insurance Co.,Ltd, National Venture Capital Co.,Ltd (NVC), and Mongolian Investment Banking Group Co.,Ltd (MIBG). Our mission is to develop and offer the more advanced financial services in Mongolia to our customers, both corporate and individual, while creating value for our shareholders, employees, and our customers. MIH LLC was founded in 1996, primary shareholder of FSCo, wholly and partially owns diverse companies in its portfolio such as Mine Info LLC (Mining exploration and legal consulting in mining sector), Bolo LLC (Construction), Prime Info LLC. The company also owns “M Solid” a construction material manufacturer who pioneered innovative technology locally. MIH LLC’s diversification involves substantial interest in a large zinc mining company “Tsairt Mineral” as well as in new biotechnology company “Shijir International” LLC. These companies have a solid market share and reputation in their respective fields of operation which range from geological exploration to mining, information services to real estate business, construction to general business consulting. |
